At Tibi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
